What is EmpowerMeant?

EmpowerMeant is a mentorship program that exists to empower the next generation through self-discovery and support, so they can find their light.

What does that mean?

I work with young people between the ages of 12-18 to help them gain insight into where their values, passions, and genius intersect, and unite them with both peer and mentor support so that they can live lives where they feel grounded and fulfilled.

I want kids to be empowered—because you’re bright and funny and you deserve to be seen (and feel stable) in this wild world!—so you can confidently enter those challenging middle school, high school, college, and early work years pursuing meaningful connections and experiences.

In order to do that, you need to be known!

What does this look like?

You’ll explore things like friendship, coping with stress, challenging yourself, and having fun. You’ll be thinking about, talking through, and, more importantly, utilizing research-backed strategies over the course of our 6-12 weeks together. You’ll do this with an adult you trust and a small group of young adults hungry for the same knowledge and experience you are.

Plan on being challenged. Plan on being changed. Plan on becoming known.
